Over a transformative one-year partnership, we managed Alfamart’s social media presence by executing a comprehensive brand refresh that included a modernized visual identity, strategic repositioning, and a revised brand tagline to appeal to a younger demographic. Our approach focused strictly on high-impact organic growth, utilizing creative product features and authentic collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive engagement. Remarkably, we achieved all performance targets with zero media boosting spend, relying entirely on content excellence and strategic community building to elevate the brand’s digital footprint.

Brand Look & Feel Refresh

We moved away from disparate, cluttered visuals to establish a "Digital-First Storefront" aesthetic.

  • Visual Identity: Adopted a cleaner, vibrant color palette that stayed true to Alfamart’s heritage while optimizing for mobile screens.

  • Template System: Created a flexible design system that allowed for consistent branding across memes, product shots, and announcements, ensuring instant brand recognition in the scroll.

Repositioning & Revised Tagline

We shifted the brand narrative from transactional ("We sell groceries") to relational ("We are your daily partner").

  • New Positioning: Positioned Alfamart as the "Neighborhood Hero"—accessible, reliable, and always around the corner.

  • Refreshed Tagline: Rolled out a revised brand tagline [Insert Tagline Here if specific, or keep generic: "that emphasized convenience and community care"] which served as the anchor for all campaign messaging.
